Now the Building Permit for ‘Block 1′ of Holland Park was granted irrevocable, the construction of the first residential block can be started. The houses in Block 1 have been sold in a record pace.
The sales pace of the total of 131 homes project was on average one property per day. Snippe Projecten and partner Bouwaccent collaborate on the creation of more than 3,000 homes in the new residential area on the close border of Amsterdam.
Developers André Snippe from Snippe Projecten and Robèrt Verheijden of Bouwaccent are pleased with the good news. Preparations for the start of construction of Block 1 are in full swing. Festive first bricks are scheduled on September 4th.
