Starting a project
Despite our many completed projects and years of experience, we start each project with a clean slate. Being wrapped up in ourselves and switching to automatic pilot is just not the way Andre Snippe and his team approach their work. They are perfectionists and they each have a very personal approach to things. The choice of architect is of vital importance: which architect is best-suited for the architectural style of the neighbourhood, which architect has experience in this part of the city, and who will make the best team for this project and under these circumstances?

We try to make our work as personal as possible and we therefore go to great lengths to understand the needs of future users. For each project, Snippe Projecten asks itself the same questions: who is the client and what will the project involve? It is key to gain an accurate sense of these needs. After all, satisfied customers are your best advertisement and they secure the continuity of your business.

Putting the right people into the right place is crucial in any project. Architects, structural engineers and other specialists are carefully selected to form a construction team. We are committed to selecting the best professionals who will work as a complementary team and achieve the intended final result. While Snippe Projecten obviously has the final say, we want real input from all parties involved. This approach allows us to secure input from specialists in every field.
