Snippe Projecten is continuing to develop
Over the years, many large organisations have jumped into the gaps that Andre Snippe has pointed out in the Dutch market. All the more reason for Snippe Projecten to think a few more steps ahead. We are thinking of: developing a number of concepts and activities, e.g. for infill locations in urban areas.

The QualityLifestyle concept is a good example of this. The introduction of a new and unique residential concept for the Netherlands and Belgium. In this Lifestyle you can relax in a luxury environment where everything is perfect and enjoy a British style five-star hotel service in your own home surroundings. Cleaning service, valet parking, dry cleaning, shopping service, a courier and messaging service are all included within a standard package of daily services. If required, medical care can also be provided to suit your personal needs.

To guarantee residents' safety, all apartments are also fitted with an electronic locking system and video surveillance. The infrastructure is based on the Authome-Action Technology Pack system. This fully wireless system is fitted in every apartment and ensures that audio, video, light and window decorations in your residence can be operated remotely. Now these are exclusive features, but in future everyone will want them!

Snippe International One important activity of Snippe Projects is the expansion of its business into the Belgian market as City Projects. Brussels and the immediate vicinity are particularly well suited for implementation of the tried and tested Snippe concept. The guiding principle here is the creation of small but perfectly finished apartments in and around Brussels. "In Brussels we will have plenty to do for the next twenty years"!
